Zoom Integration Issues

Your Zoom connection status is shown in BetterBeing Console → Video Accounts → Zoom. There are three possible states:

ConnectedYour Zoom account is active and meeting links will be generated automatically for scheduled sessions.
ExpiredYour authorization token has expired. Click Reauth to re-authorize BetterBeing with your Zoom account. This is required periodically and does not affect your existing sessions.
DisconnectedYour Zoom account has been disconnected. New sessions will not generate Zoom links until you reconnect via BetterBeing Console → Video Accounts → Zoom.

If you are experiencing issues, try the following:

  1. 1.Check your connection status in BetterBeing Console → Video Accounts → Zoom.
  2. 2.If the status is Expired, click Reauth and complete the Zoom authorization flow.
  3. 3.If the status is Disconnected, click Connect and re-authorize your Zoom account.
  4. 4.Ensure your Zoom account has permission to create meetings (some restricted accounts may not).
  5. 5.Check that your BetterBeing account role has integration access (contact your administrator if you are on a clinic or enterprise plan).
  6. 6.Clear your browser cache and reload BetterBeing.

Account & Billing

Change account information
Update your name, email, or professional details from your Account Settings page.
Cancel your account
Email admin@betterbeing.world with the subject "Account Cancellation." We will process your request and confirm via email.
Request a data export or deletion
Email admin@betterbeing.world with the subject "Data Request." We will respond within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Billing inquiries
For questions about invoices or subscription changes, email admin@betterbeing.world and include your account email.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect my Zoom account to BetterBeing?
Navigate to BetterBeing Console → Video Accounts → Zoom and click "Connect Zoom Account." You will be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. After granting permissions, you will be returned to BetterBeing with Zoom connected. See our full Zoom documentation at betterbeing.world/docs/zoom.
How do I disconnect my Zoom account?
Go to BetterBeing Console → Video Accounts → Zoom and click "Disconnect." This will immediately revoke BetterBeing's access to your Zoom account and delete any stored authorization tokens. You can also revoke access directly from your Zoom account under Settings → Integration → Installed Apps.
Session links are not generating — what should I do?
Ensure your Zoom account is connected and the authorization has not expired. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Zoom account. If the issue persists, contact us at admin@betterbeing.world.
How does calendar sync work?
When you schedule a session in BetterBeing with Zoom enabled, a calendar event is created automatically with the Zoom link included. Changes made in BetterBeing will reflect in your connected calendar.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. BetterBeing uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. All data is stored on Canadian servers. AI models are not only stored but also processed entirely within Canada. We do not access Zoom session content (video, audio, or recordings).
Does the AI listen to or record my live sessions?
No. BetterBeing's AI features are entirely practitioner-led. The AI does not listen to, monitor, or record live sessions. You choose when to generate documentation — based on your own notes or content you provide — and all AI processing occurs on secure Canadian servers.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email admin@betterbeing.world with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
